The distribution of spaces was be optimized rethinking the bathroom and entrance to have a big living space with a study area.

The services are limited on the left of the apartment by a equipped wall composed by wood customized sliding doors and shelves.

 

The wall between the entrance and main room was be partially demolished to open the entrance toward the light which comes from the hopper window on the pitch.

The conserved wall respects the spaces separation becoming the shelves lower wall where it is possible leave the keys.

The walls were painted by a light gray who recalls the colours of marble grains floor and wood finishes and ceilings are painted in white to bright more and feel the space bigger.

The kitchen and bathroom are re-managed and equipped.

The ancien floor in the kitchen are eused to cover the study area.

The new floor in the service area is in stoneware imitation ash gray slate, as the wall finished of the bathroom.

​

The balcony is covered by bamboo reed mat, where aromatic plants and cactus recalls the Mediterranean atmosphere.
