The living room with a balcony and Carrara marble's floor, is furnished with a sofa bed, dining table, television and divides the house into two areas:

On the left, a corridor with a large built-in wardrobe leads to the sleeping area.

-The "Park bedroom" has access to a balcony overlooking the park of the Villa del Vecchio and is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and desk. 550 euro
-The "LATapp bedroom", closed to the living room, is equipped with a double bed and wardrobe.

Both bedrooms are in solid parquet, arranged in a herringbone pattern.

-The "Certosina bedroom" is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and desk.
His bathroom for exclusive use is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. 
-The fully equipped kitchen is furnished with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove, a small table with two chairs.

All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioners. Heating is shared. Each bathroom to its water heater.
